Over the last few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of having some deep conversations with women in recovery who are looking not just to be healthy, but to have a passion for life, with big goals and dreams.

Most of these women have stepped into growth and massive transformation because their lifestyle was not leading them down a healthy way of living.

 

Some of the women choose to stay where they are because it’s all they know and fear of change is too scary.

Some choose to make changes, little by little, building their awareness and confidence as they go.

I have no judgment on any of these choices. I needed to be ready, not told that I was ready. Life will be full of experiences, and I know that we do the best we know how to do at the moment.

The fact remains, that when we choose not to make a change, we will continue to repeat our actions, over and over again. If our efforts result in pain, that too will continue.

Because I took action, I now have been able to impact hundreds of lives, indirectly or directly watch them maneuver through their lives, making changes that lead them to a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
